

Have you ever heard or tried Golden Milk?
If you haven’t, you sure are missing out. Golden Milk is a delicious combination of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
This drink is not only delicious, but the turmeric in the Golden Milk also helps with inflammation and digestion. I love drinking my Golden Milk in the evenings as it always helps to relax me and gets me ready to fall asleep.
This is a super simple recipe and easy to make, taking less then 5 minutes to whip together.
To make, start by heating milk in a saucepan on the stove and begin adding in turmeric, ginger, pumpkin pie spice, black pepper, and maple syrup until fully combined and heated thoroughly.
Once the mixture is heated and combined, pour the mixture into a blender and blend for a few minutes until the mixture has been frothed.
Pour the mixture into a mug (try these super cute glass coffee mugs I got from Amazon), top with cinnamon, and drink that delicious Golden Milk.
Golden Milk

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a sauce pan heat the milk and begin to add the other ingredients.
- Once the mixture is fully combined and heated thoroughly, pour the mixture in a blender for a few minutes to froth.
- Pour into a mug and top with cinnamon.
