With the new year in full swing, I have made it a goal for this year to exercise consistently and eat a healthier more balanced diet. One way I am eating better is by drinking a healthier smoothie in the morning to replace eating breakfast. Lately, I have been making a Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie whose main ingredients are protein powder, peanut butter, and a banana.

For instance, here is a quick and super delicious recipe we use all the time for a grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette topped with pecans and oranges. What makes this salad so yummy is the dressing. The best part is, the dressing is extremely easy to make and uses ingredients found in your pantry.
